1. Overview

  • By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or over to place an order.

3. Products

  • We do our best to show our products' colours and details accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences may occur.
  • Our onesies are children's clothing. Always supervise young children, check the size and fit using our size guide, and keep zips and small parts away from babies' mouths.
  • Our onesies are not sleep sacks or safety garments. Please follow safe-sleep guidance for babies.

4. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders & contract

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has shipped.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for a pricing error or suspected fraud). If we do, you'll be refunded in full.

6. Shipping, refunds & returns

  • Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these Terms.
  • Refund requests must be sent within 48 hours of delivery, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. 1-Year Warranty add-on

  • If you buy the 1-Year Warranty, we'll replace your onesie free of charge if it develops a manufacturing defect (such as a failed zip, split seams or detached cuffs) within 12 months of delivery.
  • The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by washing outside the care instructions.
  • To make a claim, email Tinyrascalshelp@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

8. Shipping Protection & Mystery Gift Box

  • Shipping Protection covers parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, as described in our Shipping Policy.
  • Mystery Gift Box contents are chosen at random, can't be selected or swapped, and are non-refundable unless faulty.

9. Intellectual property

  • All content on this site, including the TinyRascals™ name, logo, images, text and designs, belongs to TinyRascals or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

10. User content

  • If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you allow us to use it on our website and social media.
  • We won't share your personal details beyond your first name and last initial.

11. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
