At TinyRascals™ we want you and your little one to love your onesie. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
48-hour refund window
- Refund and return requests must be sent to us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
- To request a refund, email us at Tinyrascalshelp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Requests received more than 48 hours after delivery can't be accepted, except where the law requires otherwise (see "Your statutory rights" below).
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of onesies that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use (marks, odours, pet hair) unless they're faulty.
- Please don't send any item back without emailing us first. Returns sent without approval can't be processed.
How to return
- Email Tinyrascalshelp@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
- If your onesie arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, email Tinyrascalshelp@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and the packaging.
- We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and checked, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees, Shipping Protection, the 1-Year Warranty add-on and Mystery Gift Box add-ons are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or wrong.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or colour? Email Tinyrascalshelp@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll help you swap it.
Your statutory rights
- Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including any cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
